ARAIN with the most modern production technologies of steel parts and components starts a technical-commercial collaboration with the entrepreneur Ms. Alicia Balet Sierra.

2014

Vaman Management Holding is founded by Ms. Alicia Balet Sierra to develop EPC Engineering and Construction Projects.

2016

Abalsir Investments is established as a holding company for Ms. Alicia Balet Sierra’s investments.

2018

Vaman Management Holding acquires 100% of the production unit of ARAIN.

2018

Abalsir Investments acquires the entire Vaman Management Holding.

2019

Abalsir Investments establishes SiloMasters.

2019

The first SiloMasters silos are successfully installed in Uganda, Uruguay, Mexico and Egypt.

2020

SiloMasters begins its international expansion by attending the most important international trade exhibitions in the sector .

2021

The expansion of production capacity to 20,000 Tn per year.

2022

The successful consolidation of SiloMasters’ international expansion.

2023

Abalsir Investments establishes Abalsir Engineering with dedicated departments for design, structural calculations, and flow chart developments.

2024

Abalsir Investments establishes BIN-LIFTER – a company responsible for assemblies and site supervision in the agricultural and industrial sector.

2025

The production capacity has been expanded to 50,000 Tn of steel per year, while construction begins on a state-of-the-art 10,000 m² logistics center
